I Went From
Hot Mess to Healer

I spent years letting my trauma run the show and it was through energy work I realized not only could I heal generations of wounding, but I could help others do the same.

I'm a Mixed-Black, ADHD-having mom of twins and certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher. On my journey from hot mess to healer, I learned through many hard knocks the transformative power of facing generational trauma with fierce compassion. 

I've worked in the Portland medical/public health field for 17 years facilitating access to vital programs for immigrants, sexual minorities, and BIPOC folks.

During that time, I cultivated my own ancestrally-informed hands-on-healing practice (ELH), which has supported individuals in liberating their energy and shedding shame, fear, and judgement in the process.
